Bethel #17 Looking for Initiation Help Saturday
"We have 5 girls being initiated on Saturday at 1:00pm. Wanted to check and see who is planning to come and help. I have so far.... 2 girls from Bethel #1, and 2 girls with the GG. I'm hoping we have a musician coming..... We are going to be at the Bethel and practice at 9:30 am for anyone who might be close who wants to come and practice. We are going to provide lunch as well at 11:30am (ish).

Grand Secretary Resignation
Our Grand Secretary, Heather Sargent has resigned for Personal Reasons. We thank her for her services to our organization.

Support our Buddy Bethel this Week
Also, Saturday afternoon at 2 pm is the Installation of Officers for Bethel #19 at Gresham Lodge. Please put your favorite dress on and turn out to support our buddies
Closing Cross Clarification
The Master of the Lodge would like our girls to perform the closing cross for his Installation as Grand Master (not his last meeting as Master at Tigard). His installation as Grand Master will be in 18 months, not tomorrow
I have let him know we are likely available on the date he intended!So... in conclusion, no closing cross Wednesday at Tigard Lodge. Thanks everyone!
Go-to-Church Rescheduled to Dec. 16th

Spring 2008 Installation Plans
Schedule for January 12th will be as follows:
10:30 am Installation Practice - all members being installed and all installing officers are required to attend
11:45 am Break for lunch....
1:00 pm Installation Pictures - all members and installing officers should be in formals at this time
2:00 pm Installation will commence! Reception following (no dance)
